A new 118-bed rehab and long-term care nursing facility has opened its doors in Hoover.
Northport Health Services just recently started accepting patients for the Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Hoover, located on Southland Drive near the intersection of Interstate 65 and U.S. 31.
The 82,000-square-foot center is different than most skilled nursing facilities because 98 of the 118 beds are dedicated for rehab services, and only 20 beds are for long-term nursing care.
